Missions

Serve meals at Rescue Mission, 1st Thursday of each month.  This is not difficult.  Arrive at 5 p.m., help serve meals, help wipe down tables and chairs, done by 7 p.m.  The folks at the Rescue Mission are great, and the tasks are easy.

There are places in the foyer to put donations for TNO, Faith & Fellowship, and Adopt-a-Platoon.  See the full list of requested donations.  You can print this to keep handy when you find sales.

To donate to the "Miracle Grow" campaign, simply put money in the wheelbarrow in the foyer on Sundays or ear-mark your donation "Miracle Grow" when you put it in the offering plate.

When there is a fifth Sunday in a month, on the fifth Sunday a special collection will be taken  to help pay apportionments.

To donate to Missions, simply put your donation in the basket on the table in the foyer or ear-mark your donation "Missions" when you put it in the offering plate.

Sharing Joys and Concerns: write your joys and your concerns in the "Joys & Concerns" book located in the foyer.  These will be shared during the services.

Sign up to be a Greeter, or to provide Special Music.

Sign up to be on a Liturgist Team, Usher Team, Mugging Team, or Coffee Crew.

Be a Sunday School teacher.

Flower Calendar - sign up to provide the flowers for the altar.  The cost is $20, simply mark it for flowers and put it in the offering.  You can choose to list a reason for the flowers, such as a birthday, anniversary, or in honor of someone.  Remember, you do not have to bring flowers, simply pay for them.  You can take the flowers home after the 10:30 service.  Please return the empty vase to the church.
